Before work begins

If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started on your project, you're eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable payment gateway processing fees.

Once work has started

• Starter packages — once we've begun work, these are non-refundable, since delivery timelines are short and work typically starts within a day of payment.
• Growth & Enterprise packages — refunds are prorated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Social Media Ads (monthly) — the current month's payment is non-refundable once campaigns have gone live; you may cancel future months at any time.

Non-refundable items

• Design concepts, drafts, or code already delivered to you
• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domain names, hosting, stock assets, ad spend already delivered to Meta/TikTok)
• Payment gateway processing fees

How to request a refund

Email emeraldquillstraders@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original JazzCash/EasyPaisa account within 7–14 business days, depending on the gateway's own processing times, which are outside our control.

Disputes

If you're unhappy with delivered work, contact us first — most concerns can be resolved with revisions rather than a refund. If we can't reach an agreement, either party may pursue the matter under the governing law set out in our Terms & Conditions.
