By purchasing a package or engaging us for a project, you agree to the terms below.
Emerald Quill Traders (SMC-Private) Limited provides full-stack web development, brand design, and social media advertising services, offered either as fixed-price packages (via the Shop) or custom-scoped projects (via direct inquiry).
Delivery estimates given for each package (e.g. "7-day delivery") assume timely feedback and content from you. Delays in providing requested material (text, images, logins, approvals) will extend the timeline accordingly.
Ownership of the final delivered code, design files, and assets transfers to you upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any third-party assets used (stock photography, licensed fonts, plugins) remain subject to their original licenses.
You agree to provide necessary content, access, and feedback in a timely manner, and to review deliverables within a reasonable window so the project can move forward on schedule.
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. Additional revisions beyond that are billed separately at a rate agreed before the work begins.
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software, designs, or campaigns, including third-party service outages (hosting providers, payment gateways, ad platforms) outside our control.
Payments are processed by JazzCash and EasyPaisa, which have their own terms and conditions governing the transaction. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or disputes arising from those gateways themselves.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation before further action.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are a general starting point and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Given that real payments are involved, we'd recommend having a lawyer review and formalize this before relying on it commercially.
